Erik Geiger Posted October 12, 2015 Share Posted October 12, 2015 Hi, I just purchased a basic synergy download because I used it some years ago for quite some time. On Windows I first downloaded the latest 32 bit version, on Ubuntu 14.04. I installed configured the server (using apt-get). After I got the following warning I compared the versions and downloaded the latest 1.4. release for Windows (1.4.18). But the problem persists. WARNING: failed to connect to server: incompatible client 1.4 Is this due to 32/64 bit OS (Ubuntu 64bit/WinXP 32bit) difference? How can I fix that?
