Improve Touch Screen support

Being a long time synergy user I have evolved my second computer to be keyboard-and-mouse-less with a touch screen monitor. The Synergy 3 experience made me feel like I could configure the setup without having to temporarily connect a mouse and keyboard to do so, but that was not the case. There is an issue that make this difficult if not impossible, the copy paste seems to not be recognized when using the touch keyboard to paste values, particularly credentials when login in for the initial startup configuration.

I think supporting the touch screen experience for configuration would be helpful and really embrace the shared keyboard experience.
