Connection to the background service running (Ubuntu)

Hello, 

Since few days I have this error message when Synergy startup 

Connection to the background service running

In logs we can read 

Program failed to start: {"errno":-13,"syscall":"open","code":"EACCES","path":"/etc/Synergy/loginInfo", ...

So I tried this and my problem solved

$> sudo chmod 755 /etc/Synergy
