Change the screen switch by mouse move

The problem to solve: You have a full screen window with scroll bar on the right. When you scroll by mouse it's quite difficult to avoid switch to the screen right hands of the current one.

Idea: make the switch depending on direction of mouse movement: is it more vertical -> don't switch. Is it more horizontal than vertical -> switch.

The same is valid for scrollbars on other borders of the screen, but a scrollbar on the right is really not seldom.
