Drag and drop files between Macs

I haven't been able to use the drag and drop files feature between my iMac and my MacBook Pro. I don't know what is happening so far.  

Also in order to submit a request to the help center, Symless asks me for the "synergy log URL" both in computer 1 and 2, something that I just don't know what is and where to find it. 

Any help will be much appreciated.
