Synergy 2 - f17, f18, f19 keys and log lag

I've got Synergy 2 running on 2 macs and I'd like to use Keyboard Maestro with them both. I often use the f17, f18, f19 keys to trigger macros, but I can't get Synergy to pass those keys from the server to the client. Is there a way to send those keys?

Secondly, I was using the log file and some javascript to let Keyboard Maestro know what machine the mouse was on, and it works well enough, but when I'm writing the log files, synergy starts to lag when switching from one screen to another. When I come back to the server comp, the cursor is often in the middle of the screen, not the edge I'm coming from. Any way to fix that?

Can you please navigate to our website and install the latest 1.10.3 version?
