TWJ Posted June 2, 2019 Share Posted June 2, 2019 I installed it on a Mac mini and a MacBook pro. I installed it on the wrong profile of the Mac mini. I tried to install on the other profile. Then at the top of the status box it said unregistered and wouldn't connect to client computer. So I tried to use the key that was sent and this was the 3rd time and it said invalid key. I just need a key that works one more time. Any suggestions I sent log links once and the support wanted me to send them again with screenshots.
