Control where mouse cursor is parked on inactive device

I have many clients connected to my synergy server. Almost none had mice physically attached to them. To resolve an unrelated annoyance on one of them I plugged in a mouse to have independent mouse controls when necessary. Unfortunately, now I frequently get a spinning "parked" mouse in the dead center of the screen when moving Synergy focus away to another device. Not all the time, but much of the time. I'm still trying to pin down the specifics, but it literally *never* occurred before I added a mouse to that particular client.

Ideally, what I'd like to have is the parked cursor be removed *without* hiding the cursor. If that's not possible, then control the specific position so it's at 1,1 in the top-left corner of the screen (or another configurable value).

Using Synergy 1.10.1 now (upgrading to 1.10.2 in a few minutes).
