Move mouse by script

Hi!

first: I'm using Linux and I love keyboard shortcuts. Unfortunately I noticed, moving mouse per script does not work as expected with Synergy.

Steps to reproduce:

• Move mouse to middle of screen
• Call 'xdotool mousemove 1 1'
• Mouse is at top left corner - as expected
• Move mouse a bit
• Mouse jumps back to middle of the screen

That's especially annoying since I'm using i3 with multi-monitor setup. I am used to jumping back and forth between monitors with a shortcut. But with synergy mouse does not stay on selected monitor...

Does anyone know a workaround to e.g. somehow tell synergy "this is the new absolute mouse position"?
