I would like to know if anyone knows if I can install Synergy on a thin client to use as such:

Windows 10 64bit as server

Linux thin client OS as host/client

????????????????????????

You can install it. From what I can see, based on "research" (read: 5 seconds of googling), there are no specific incompatibilities imposed by thin client-optimized distributions of Linux that prevent the Synergy service from operating on top of it other than a specialized Synergy version potentially not existing for that specific distro.

However, the practicality of such an implementation would be beyond the scope of my knowledge to answer. Out of curiosity, if I may ask the question without seeming rude or overly inquisitive, what are you doing with Synergy in that case?
