Terror-Byter Posted April 30, 2019 Share Posted April 30, 2019 The problem I found with the instructions given on https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SynergyHowto is a simple one if youre on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS Anywhere they mention the folder /etc/gdm/ it really needs to be /etc/gdm3/ If found that on my Ubuntu 18.04 (bionic) there was no "gdm" folder, but there was a "gdm3" folder... so I adjusted all the commands given on that guide to use the respective folder change.
