Ubuntu ARM Version?

Ok, I know this is going to be a VERY Edge Case kind of scenario, but I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 with Linux on Dex. It's a full Ubuntu Desktop and I have it set up pretty much as a laptop replacement when I am on the go. I don't do too much off the device itself, mainly using it to SSH into a bastion and going from there. I think it would be cool to have Synergy running on it so I can use it when I am using my personal laptop/desktop and not have to haul out my work machine.

Could the RPi version work?
