Android App for Universal Clipboard crossover

I want to be able to copy a line of text or a picture from my phone and paste it on my pc.

So something like Continuity that Apple provides?

The problem with that feature is that it doesn't seem very integral or related to Synergy's underlying purpose. Maybe I'm wrong, but it would seem that there are other pieces of software out there that would allow for such functionality similar to Continuity.
