Ekim Posted April 18, 2018 Share Posted April 18, 2018 Hi, I had to submit a ticket for some troubleshooting. (i.e. I can't get v2.x to work at all in my setup). But, how do I grab the log URL? I upload the log I select 'view log file' and it redirects to my browser, downloads the log file, and closes the tab. I can't select the URL while the 'save file' dialog is active, the tab closes, and the log URL doesn't show up in my browser history... Ekim Posted April 18, 2018 Author Share Posted April 18, 2018 Sorry, this is an issue with my particular installation of Chrome, on Ubuntu. The 2nd machine is also Ubuntu + Chrome, and it doesn't save the file and 'disappear' the URL. We're urgently trying to fix this. Thanks for your patience. Meanwhile, could you upload the downloaded log file to a cloud file sharing platform like Google Drive and share the link to that instead?
