spiro Posted April 3, 2018 Share Posted April 3, 2018 Hi All I have emailed tech support about this but hoping to find a solution while waiting for the 48hr responce. I bought synergy PRO for my home and liked it ( I operate three computers using a single mouse and kb). A few days later I bought synergy BASIC for my office computers ( i have two machines there). When i installed it and was asked to connect to my synergy account I suddenly realized that I had used the same billing and identity information for both purchases so my accounts are now linked together. I would like to figure out how to separate the two accounts so that I can only view and control the computers at each location separately.
