Bought the pro version yesterday.  Installed on Win 10 and ubuntu/mint 18.1.  While I was a little concerned that there was zero documentation or configuration, it worked initially.  Took the Win 10 laptop home (never woke it up), brought it back in to work.  They're not connecting now.  Attaching logs..

Packed up the win10 laptop around 17:08

thanks for the logs.

have you tried restarting the Synergy service on both computers?

Killing synergy-core and synergy-service on linux had no effect.  Restarted synergy service on windows and mouse/keyboard now work.  On both machines, the desktop application shows the linux box (where keyboard and mouse are connected) in grey with a white dot on it and a scrolling green bar.  The windows box is green.

just to clarify, synergy now allows you to share mouse and keyboard but the Linux box is not the expected green? It that's what you are seeing, it's not uncommon.

Back to the same thing this morning.  Had to restart both sides numerous times to get it to sync up.  Probably going to request a refund.  For $40 I expected something that works, not something that sort of sometimes works once you screw around with it enough.
