Ardais Posted February 22, 2018 Share Posted February 22, 2018 Synergy 1 was full of features. What happened with 2? It's stripped of any type of customization and just doesn't work nearly as well. I have three screens, 2 are on one PC and 1 is on another. yet only two show up in the app. I want all three to show up so the mouse doesn't share at the top/side of one of my two main monitors, but you can't set it up like that and there is zero customization outside of the two screen positions. If I could get a refund I would, but I tried when I accidentally bought the non-pro version, and you guys said the refund would happen, but it doesn't look like it has. So not only is the app really bad, but the customer service is awful now too. At least I know never to buy Symless stuff again. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Ardais Posted February 27, 2018 Author Share Posted February 27, 2018 The status of my refund is that I asked for it January 25th and got an email back the next day asking me to fill out a refund request (which I did) and then hearing nothing back.
