Security in public wifi

Hi all,

I'm using synergy 2 on my MacBook Air at home, however, when I bring the machine outside, the configuration to connect to other synergy 2 device is always on.

So I'm wondering if there will be any security problems? Could anybody get access to my machine, or are my keystrokes exposed in the public wifi network?

Hi Jasper, 

We encrypt the communications between your various machines when they are connected, so your keystrokes will not be exposed.

We are also looking to add a disable feature to a future release of Synergy.
