Submit support ticket button is only a placeholder?

I understand that this is a new version and sometimes things get nasty. Regardless of the situation the main reason why we, the customers, are paying for a product, is to have a support available in case things go south.

In our current situation, the hyperlink is missing from the "Submit request" button. We have a placeholder as you can see..the "#" instead of an actual redirect and there are several others in the same situation.

Any chance you can fix the submit request button so we can create tickets? Yes, I am part of that 5% that have issues :)

Update: problem is currently solved. I have submitted a ticket for my actual issue regarding v2.4 connectivity.
