Salty Dog Posted November 30, 2017 Share Posted November 30, 2017 I haven't found steps to reliably reproduce, but it seems like 50% of the time when I start the config app, it freezes and Windows pops up "App not responding." Killing the config app with task manager and then stopping and restarting the service seems like it keeps this from happening. Other usability issues: What does the gray vs green background mean? Does it mean connected? If both boxes are green why doesn't my mouse cursor slide from my Windows machine to my Mac? How do I troubleshoot when things aren't working?
