chmod 777 in the Ubuntu postinst script

Hi there,

may I ask the reasoning for the following lines in the Ubuntu postinst script:

# HACK: temporary perms until we fix xauthority issue
chmod 777 /var/log/synergy
chmod 777 /var/lib/synergy
chmod 777 /etc/synergy

With the little customer facing documentation there is (the changelog.gz in the .deb has the sole entry 'Initial release' for 2.0.2), opening multi-user machines to trivial DoS should at least be documented and not accidentally be found during debugging...
