Defining server

Hi Community, 

I'm using 2 computers on Win10 ( a desktop unit and a laptop). Yesterday, everything worked fine-ish (lots of service restart) but today, no matter what I do, I can't make the desktop be the server.

I tried F12, right click "share from Desktop", restart services on both computers, restart both computers...

Any idea?

It was solved after multiple reboots/service restart. 

Lines and lines of things like that:

Today, it's working like a charm. Maybe it was linked to the yesterday cloud issues.
