Multi Key hotkey not working between (win10pro server - Linux Mint 18.1 with 14.10 Kernel)

I use autokey pretty heavily on my linux system and simple 3 key and 2 key shortcuts work but my 3 key like ctrl+alt+shift "I" do not work properly. Is there a proper method to make this work correctly? (ctrl+alt p doesn't work either)
