Synergy post the error dialog when i don't use it the whole day long.

This is the second time.

The executable

/Applications/Synergy.app/Contents/MacOS/synergys

could not be successfully started, although it does exist. Please check if you have sufficient permissions to run this program.

Is this still a current issue? I've just gotten my Mac book back and haven't used/needed Synergy for quite a while. I've gotten v1.8 Pro installed and running on both my Windows 10 (server) and MacOS 10.12.6 (Sierra) with no problems currently - and I just about hit upgrade to High Sierra!

I got some help from support and now I am stuck in a state where the application crashes on start instead. So no improvement, not sure if it was a step backwards or not since it not worked either before or after the "support".

So - I hadn't had time to test this in a while but today I did start up Synergy on both my Win 10 (server) and MacOS HS (client) and it connected right off and works great.

The same problem.

I have been updated to Mac OS 10.13.2.

And I have been downloaded the last version today... and neither work...

What is the solution, I work with this all days..

Thanks!

I never found a solution, did not have more time to dig into it so instead I changed my workflow to a "temporary" solution that I sill live in.

If anyone knows the solution I would be super thankful if it was posted here

Hi,

for me it works:

- reinstall product

- do permission on the mac properties accesibility

- launch sinergys from commandline with sudo.

Regards!
