Hello,

I get same error message. Synergy 2.0.0-beta4 on MacOS X 10.13

[ Service ] [2017-10-25T07:55:37] error: can't send profile snapshot, not yet received from cloud

[ Config ] [2017-10-25T07:55:58] DEBUG: forcing current computer to be server

 

Error when moving a screen:

[ Config ] [2017-10-25T07:56:49] ERROR: Reply status code: 400

[ Config ] [2017-10-25T07:56:49] ERROR: Reply error message: Invalid JSON request: bad numeric conversion: negative overflow

 

On windows 10:

[ Service ] [2017-10-25T07:44:08] debug: connectivity test failed for 192.168.99.1:24810

(Press F12)

[ Config  ] [2017-10-25T07:51:12] DEBUG: forcing current computer to be server
[ Config  ] [2017-10-25T07:51:13] DEBUG: forcing current computer to be server

(Move a display)

seems i'm not the only one who receive this error.. maybe their cloud service have issue?

Symless cloud issue? i just uninstalled and use the version 1.9.3_rc3
i'm not sure wat happen with the 2.0 beta 4, no changes on my network firewall! OS Firewall was disable, but still cannot connect..

tired of troubleshooting. and searching the forums. did not find any answer!

Hi, same error.

error: can't send profile snapshot, not yet received from cloud

Win 7

No screens at the GUI. Just the local grey screen

Hey guys,

We're currently working out some issues on the cloud platform, it'll be back up shortly.

 

Update 13:58: Synergy cloud is now back online. If you're still having connectivity issues, please restart all of your machines. If you're still experiencing issues, follow the Synergy 2 Beta 4 connectivity troubleshooting guide.
