Paganasia
Hi, I'm not able to have the mouse change computer. I've reinstall Synergy a few times already. I've put a static IP address on both computer to see if it was going to make a difference. Main computer on windows 10 at home in workgroup https://synergy-logs.symless.com/2017-10-13/6636-2017-10-13T07-07-14.log Second computer on windows 10 on domain https://synergy-logs.symless.com/2017-10-13/6636-2017-10-13T07-29-09.log Synergy is able to see each other, both computer have the green screen and when moving the screen position it's updating on the other computer. I hope this can help solve issues. Thanks

GranPaSmurf
The first thing that comes to mind is to be sure 'Scroll-Lock' is not activated on a keyboard. Then I would direct you to the Stickies at the top of this Beta Access Forum for the several troubleshooting guides. This is a good one: https://symless.com/forums/topic/4167-preliminary-troubleshooting/ Let us know your progress
Paganasia
Hi, thanks for the information, Scroll-lock isn't activated and I don't even know what's the use of that key( I never used it). I have run trough the stickies before posting. The section for the IP address isn't very clear IMO, do you want that we put dhcp or manual config for IP? Anyway, I've tried both of them and it wasn't working at all. Thanks,
Paganasia
Hi, I went back in the firewall section and added a rew on both computer for the in and out to allow port 24810 at all level, restart services and synergy on both computer. It's now working. Thanks,
GranPaSmurf
Outstanding! I think the gamers sometimes use the scroll-lock to keep the mouse from disappearing - slowing down split nano-second reactions...or some such.
