Cant install and when installed doesnt function

Hi!

I tried to install on a dell xps 13 9360 (win 10) and the installer crashed with error code 2775(? not entirely sure anymore, sorry)

also, after a few tries it installed but I cant seem to get the mouse to move. All that works is moving the screens around, but that doesnt help too much. If it helps, i never got synergy 1 to work either on these 2 computers. Both running windows 10
