Should Clipboard functionality work?

It's not working for me from Windows 7 (server) to Ubuntu 16.04 (client) and wondering if I should continue troubleshooting further.

Seeing the following in the logs:

I am using Win10 Pro and OS X and copying images and other text snippets works between the devices via clipboard.
