Just wondering what the security of this is compared to LAN-only like how V1 is doing it... Concerned about keypress snooping and hijacking. The only thing that the Synergy cloud is used for is validating logins and essentially, peer discovery. Local IP addresses are sent and other information that allows the cloud to be a temporary middle man in starting a connection on the LAN using the user agents on the system.
