Unable to access a Win10

Hi,

I have just bought this cool product but I'm unable to control my Windows 10 laptop (Lenovo T420s).
I got it to work on a old Windows 7 laptop (Dell Latitude E7240).

The error:
WARNING: failed to connect to server: Time out 

I've open the port in my router and Windows Firewall is allowing the application but that didn't help.
I've re-installed the software with OS reboot in between but that didn't help.
