Thad Miller Posted May 29, 2015 Posted May 29, 2015 I have a Kubuntu 15.04 64-bit "server" and Win7 64-bit "client" and running Synergy 1.7.3 - everything connects fine, but on the Win7 client, the mouse will not move to the right using my shared mouse. Moving the mouse to the left, up, and down work perfectly; also, moving windows to the right using the cursor keys works perfectly. The mouse works perfectly on the "server", and the touchpad on the Win7 client (laptop) also works perfectly. Only moving the pointer to the right, on the "client", using the shared mouse, is "broken". Previously, I had Ubuntu 14.10 64-bit with Synergy 1.7.2 and the same configuration worked perfectly. So, I don't know if the problem came from a newer version of KDE or the newer version of Synergy, but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thad
Thad Miller Posted May 29, 2015 Author Posted May 29, 2015 SOLVED: when I changed KDE from my dual output monitor config to a single monitor, Plasma crashed and did not restart. Restarting Plasma (at least by logging in again) has everything working again.
