Setup Problems (Connection keeps timing out)

Hello,

I'm having touble setting up my system. The server seems to be working fine without error and I've added my client to the screens and links list but for some reason the connection keeps timing out. Both are whitelisted in the firewalls on the computers themselves.

I would appreciate any help and I can provide more information if needed.
