Mac and Windows won't connect, no error message in log

I'm having a hard time getting my two computers to connect. One is Mac OS X 10.12.6. The other is running the latest Windows 10. Neither computer seems to detect the other one exists, and there's nothing for me to click on to do any further configuration. There isn't much useful in the log:

I've attached screenshots of both.

If there is no easy solution to this, I would really like instructions for how to downgrade back to Synergy 1.8.

Also, Joe Abasolo, sorry about emailing you about downgrading and then disappearing! I had a crazy busy week and didn't check my email much. I'm back now!

You can uninstall it and re-install v1.x. Also, when starting a new thread, please make sure to post it on the right page.

Hey, really sorry, this is caused by the cloud server being offline. Here's the error message that shows this:

It'll be back online soon, please sit tight (or you can downgrade back to version 1, that's totally fine).

Simply visit the download page to download version 1: https://symless.com/synergy/downloads

You'll need to uninstall Synergy 2 before you re-install Synergy 1.
