ERROR: cannot read configuration + error code 4

After working just 1 day fine this app stopped working. I have a mac and PC setup connected with ethernet cable and network is working fine.

After reading this forum I updated to ver 2.0 , now PC seems to be connected but mac is displaying error repeatedly:

Can anybody help to resolve this or knows a way to refund?

And now it displays this in a mesage box ; 

The temporary configuration file required to start synergy can not be written.

Solution: Reinstalled the software (uninstall and install) windows 7 pc couldn't stop services during uninstall so stopped manually and reinstalled.

Now it is working and I hope it stays that way

 

PS: Don't change your screen name, it confuses synergy leads to error
