Aweba
Hello, I have an account with you guys and I'm unable to connect my third screen now... It was working for a couple of weeks, but stopped yesterday. I got an error message on my main computer saying ""Failed to accept secure socket" and also "Client connection may not be secure". Can you help me to fix it please ? Here is an attachment.
Paul Suarez
Is that a screenshot of your Synergy interface on your third machine? Also, are you connecting the other machines with SSL encryption?

Yes the machines are connected with the SSL encryption.

Paul Suarez
Hi @Aweba. Based on the screenshot. It doesn't show an SSL fingerprint generated. That could be the reason why it doesn't work. Make sure for it to have an SSL fingerprint shown on all of the machines before trying to connect. You can try turning the SSL off and then on again for it to generate the SSL fingerprint.
