CentOS 7 to Windows 10

The Connection from the centOS 7 side:

Never would connect would repeat this every three seconds

Fresh install on both computer and connection issue pursues.  

I'm not sure it has to do to make a connection to both using the connection to the network, cause the computer using CentOS 7 is on an ethernet and the other computer is on a wifi connection.
