In full-screen RTS games, how to prevent the mouse moving outside the screen?

I use Synergy on my laptop and my gaming PC. My laptop is the server and my gaming PC (the client) is to the right. I play RTS games such as C&C3, StarCraft2, Homeworld Remastered, etc., all in the full-screen mode on the client. The problem is: when I try to move the screen to the left side of the map, my mouse cursor always moves out of the client screen and to the server screen. This makes me hardly to move to the left side of the map. 

Is there any solutions to this problem? Currently, I just use the left arrow key or right-click + drag the mouse to the left as an alternative.

I solved it by myself. 

Just simply press the "Scroll Lock" key on the keyboard and that will prevent the mouse cursor from moving from a full-screen RTS game to another screen.
