Igor Lopes
Installed Synergy 2 and it worked for a day and now it does not work with any computer. Keeps trying to connect and I get the error below log sent: https://synergy-logs.symless.com/2017-07-20/492-2017-07-20T20-43-28.log is there anyway to restart the configuration and login again? Also all the computers I've connected to are being displayed as available to connect, any way to deleted previously used computers? Igor Lopes
I've tried uninstalling Synergy 2 and reinstalling Synergy 1.8 and it works fine. Installed Synergy 2 again and still getting the same error - same message for any computer "FailedIp" [ UI ] [2017-07-20T20:42:47] DEBUG: connectivity test pass: 10.24.80.40 [ UI ] [2017-07-20T20:42:47] DEBUG: report to cloud: destId 1114 successfulIp 10.24.80.40 failedIp

Cheers.
Tran Tien Dat
Hi Igor, i have same problem too. I posted in here Maybe synergy conflict with some apps. You can try my temporary solution in my post. If you have same problem, let's give Synergy which app blocked your mouse.
Paul Suarez
Hi @Igor Lopes. Sorry for the late reply on this. What's the update with your connection? Do you need further assistance on this?
Synergy Team Nick Bolton Posted August 6, 2017 Synergy Team Share Posted August 6, 2017 @Jerry Hou @Andrew Nelless I have a hunch that Synergy 1 works here, but Synergy 2 doesn't because it runs the connectivity test on a different port. @Paul Suarez We're currently planning some network infrastructure work that'll move the connectivity test onto the same well-known port as Synergy's core. That way it's a more accurate connectivity test when it comes to firewalls. My guess is the firewall is blocking the connectivity test, so if you temporarily disable the computer's firewalls, it'll connect.
