When attempting to register the SynergyKM software through the wizard, I enter my user name and password, and click next.

 

The attached screenshot shows the full error message.

Hi @Howard Riggs. Can you try logging in to our website directly(without opening Synergy)? Is it letting you log-in? If so, can you try to do a browser maintenance(deleting history, cached files and cookies) first and try logging in again?

The only way I've signed into the account is directly to the website.

Are you not seeing what I'm seeing?

I am experiencing the very same issue on KDE Neon 5.13 after a fresh install.  It worked perfectly fine on my previous install of KDE Neon that I installed at the beginning of the year.  I found another forum entry about changing browsers but this has not helped.  Anyone able to resolve this issue in 2018?
