SECTORTWO
I'm facing a similar issue but between a W10 (server) and MacOS (client). I've installed other 3rd party apps to try to get the front/back buttons of my Corsair mouse working but it intermittently fails when I use it via Synergy. Paul Suarez
Hi @SECTORTWO. Please provide more details about your machines (OS, 32/64 bit, Synergy version installed, connected to the network via Ethernet or Wi-Fi, specify which one is the server). Also, post a screenshot of both machine's Synergy interface and the Server Configuration interface on your server machine.
SECTORTWO
I'll do a little more testing with the mouse software on my Mac client to see if it's a issue with it or if it's a Synergy issue and post back. Win 10 64bit (Server) MacOS 10.12.4 (Client) Connected directly via ethernet (router cabled to Windows PC which is then cabled to the Mac)
Paul Suarez
You mean both PC and Mac are connected to your router using Ethernet cable right?
SECTORTWO
All ethernet connections: Router <-> PC <-> Mac My PC has 2 network cards and my Mac is connected to one of them.
Paul Suarez
And are you bridging the connection of your "router - PC" to your Mac? Or no? Also, post a screenshot of both machine's Synergy interface and the Server Configuration interface on your server machine. It would also be helpful if you can send us the results of an "ipconfig /all" on your PC's elevated command prompt.
Joao Silva
I'm having the same issue: Windows 10 Machine 64bit (server) -> MacBoox PRO with macOS Sierra 10.12.5 Back/Forward mouse buttons don't work, any ideas?
Paul Suarez
Hi @Joao Silva. What mouse do you have? Does it work when you connect that mouse directly to your Mac machines?
