Namtr0 Posted July 13, 2017 Posted July 13, 2017 There is a bit of an annoyance if you have a machine with multiple OS's on it. I have a Macbook pro with Win/Linux/OSX. When I open synergy 2.0 I have to rearrange the screens as it sees each OS as a different machine. It'd be nice if there is a way to save configs for when specific machines are on. so no matter which os I boot Synergy loads the screen layout that makes since, instead of keeping dead screens in the way. Is there a way around having to change the layout every time I reboot to another OS?
Paul Suarez Posted July 14, 2017 Posted July 14, 2017 Hi @Namtr0. Currently, we're on the move with adding a profile feature. We are planning to set auto-switching as the default and provide you guys an option to switch configurations using a drop down menu with minimal clicks needed.
Synergy Team Nick Bolton Posted July 18, 2017 Synergy Team Posted July 18, 2017 @Paul Suarez However, this probably won't be implemented until next year when Synergy 2.1 comes out.
