can not connect to the client successfully

As the enclosed description of the error, the client can not connect to server fluently.

Many different method have tried: Closed the system firewall; closed the software and disconnect the wifi on both computers; changing identifies (server & client), reinstall the softwares

All the efforts failed, I just supposed to make my work simple but on the opposite side, spare so many efforts to understand what happened and wast so much time on it.

I want to have my money refund.

It has been 7 work days past since I finished the refund request form, and I did not get any information about the processing of the refund.

Could you help me check that and give me an update
