Add a different topic for all of the COPY/PASTE Drag/Drop issues that people are having

In my honest opinion, and as a fellow developer, it seems like it would be much easier for every one to be able to find issues with moving files in between machines in it's own topic rather than posting into the general forum.. There seems to be a dedicated section for feature requrests, I don't see why we can't just have a section for problems people are having with moving files.
