Paul Suarez Posted June 15, 2017 Share Posted June 15, 2017 Please provide more details about your machines (OS, 32/64 bit, Synergy version installed, connected to the network via Ethernet or Wi-Fi, specify which one is the server). ester Posted November 5, 2017 Share Posted November 5, 2017 I had not used may linux computer for a whie. When i tried to use it, i got this error [2017-11-04T20:28:59] INFO: watchdog status: error. i am not very computer literate. This error appeared on my Windows 10 pro computer Version 1607 OS build14393-1770. the computer used as synergy server The linux computer say it timed out trying to connect.. My linux computer operation system is linux Mint 18.1 Cinnamon3.2.7 32 bit. Kernel version 4.4.0-97. I believe the network is up. I can see the other computer in the file system. but can't look at window files because i don't know how to set thing up. My synergy version is 1.8.8 stable C30301e Build date March 3 2017.
