Victoria Posted June 2, 2017 Posted June 2, 2017 I LOVE this program, it is so very helpful. I am having some issues however...I often can no longer click on items on the client, the keyboard will still work and it looks like I am clicking on an item but it does not actually click. I have to go to its own on board mouse or reboot altogether...any help?
Paul Suarez Posted June 2, 2017 Posted June 2, 2017 Hi @Victoria. Sorry to hear that you're having issues with it. Are you seeing any error on the logs when you try to click something but it won't? Also, please provide more details about your machines (OS, 32/64 bit, Synergy version installed, connected to the network via Ethernet or Wi-Fi, specify which one is the server).
Victoria Posted June 2, 2017 Author Posted June 2, 2017 Both laptops are Windows PC. And both Server and Client is Windows 10 64-bit x64 based processor. Both connected to the network via wi-fi. No I am not seeing anything that makes it look like an error on the logs when I am trying to click on items.
Paul Suarez Posted June 2, 2017 Posted June 2, 2017 Please set both machine's logging level to Debug 1 and send us a copy of the logs it generates when it does that again.
Victoria Posted June 2, 2017 Author Posted June 2, 2017 ok, set it to debug 1...will send shortly as it has been doing it all morning...thanks!
Victoria Posted June 3, 2017 Author Posted June 3, 2017 Here are the logs for today... There two logs synergy.log 1 which failed to upload for each Client and server and Synergy.log which I am sending you for each. Thanks for your help. synergy.log synergy.log
Paul Suarez Posted June 9, 2017 Posted June 9, 2017 Hi @Victoria. Are you using v1.8.8 on your machines? If so, can you try v1.9 from Download Synergy 1.9.0 to fix the wifi macOS bug forums thread?
