occured "WARNING: cursor may not be visible" message

Hi. I have iMac and Windows PC.

iMac is Synergy server and Windows PC is client.

Now, iMac and Window PC is connected like this

But I can't find mouse pointer on  Windows Screen. and I was this error log.

Can you try setting the Elevate for Windows to Always?

  1. Click Edit
  2. Click Setting
  3. Set Elevate to Always
  4. Click OK
  5. Click Apply or Start

Thanks for your comment.

I did setting like your comment. but I's the same thing.

One strange thing is "Elevate" value is always "As Needs" after set to "Always" -> OK -> Apply->Start.
