Uninstall failes

Where can I download version 1.8.3 as I can't uninstall it or install a new version over the top of it.

it complains about a key not being able to access and the key is not something you can easily remember as it is mostly numbers

Unfortunately that version gives me the exact same error.

Please provide me with the old version so I can try to properly uninstall it.

When I remove the registry key it complains about I get the error that the V1.8.3 installer must be run in order to uninstall the previous version. As I no longer have the V1.8.3 installer I can't uninstall. Please provide old installer so I can remove it from my machine.
