The handle is invalid error

when I try to start a server on my windows 7 desktop to connect to my windows 10 laptop it gives me this error failed to launch, error: The handle is invalid. I can host a server from my laptop and use my desktop as a client.

We've identified the problem and a fix for this will be in place in v1.9.
