Lloyd T Posted April 28, 2017 Posted April 28, 2017 Per Josiah, creating a thread here: My mac (client) cannot connect to the windows (server) - "WARNING: failed to connect to server: Timed out" I have ensured my firewall allows connection(s) on the ports used by synergy, no luck.

I believe that was just a configuration problem since I saw a fair number of threads indicating that Macs and PCs can connect using Synergy. As long as their OS version is supported. If you'd change your mind, we will be here to help you better the next time.
