No print screen on client server(windows 10) while using Synergy

I can't use the Prt Scr button on my keyboard in the Windows
environment to do a screen print while using Synergy.  My Synergy host is on my
Mac environment, if I want to make a screen print I have to switch(KVM) my mouse
and keyboard to my Windows environment (not using synergy -Mac).  I'm using a
bluetooth dongle attached to a switch which I use to control my mouse and
keyboard.  I can switch to Mac or Windows using the KVM, if I want to use
synergy I switch to Mac.

This issue has nothing to do with the print screen button not working in the Synergy client.  I should be able to do a print screen while using Synergy on my client machine.
